Mining Pool FAQ

What does the "end countdown" in the mining pool pool refer to?

The "End Countdown" shows how many blocks are left until the end of the reward distribution. Once you reach that block, you will need to unpledge from the pool, as the pool will no longer distribute rewards.

Where do the rewards in the mining pools come from?

In total, there are three types of mining pools.

  1. Pledge PSC and earn PSC

  2. Pledge PSC to earn other token

  3. Pledge other token to earn PSC

The rewards in the "Pledge PSC, Earn PSC" syrup pool come from PSC production. Whenever a new block is created, a certain amount of CPS will be produced and distributed proportionally as a reward.

The rewards in the "Pledge PSC, Earn Other Token" come from sponsorship by other project teams.

For "Pledge other token to earn PSC", we will use Swanswap's reserve pools to buy back PSC from the market as a reward. These pools are funded by Swanswap itself and have nothing to do with other projects.
